Recently we have received a higher number of requests with regards to increasing inbox capacity, as more and more customers require a larger inbox to accommodate much larger files via email. If you have received an email explaining that you have nearly reached or have reached capacity, then you have two options.
Option 1 – You can login online via the WEBMAIL ICON feature https://mail.ionos.co.uk and manually remove all old email.
Option 2 – You can upgrade your inbox from a 2GB capacity which is included in your annual package to a greater 50GB capacity. To apply for the email inbox increase please contact Brand Creative Media for further details.
