Since April 2017, Google now favours all websites that are responsive over those that are non-responsive. If you are wondering what we’re talking about? This means that when you view a website on a smartphone or a tablet, that if the content re-aligns itself and allows you to scroll down the screen, then the website is responsive.
Older style websites are often non-responsive and will require the user to zoom in and out, by stretching the screen to view the content (the graphic below demonstrates this). If your website is still displaying in the older style ‘non-responsive’ method, then it may be time to think about a website upgrade.
